• No Peer-to-Peer Diagnosis: While we encourage sharing experiences, please do not provide medical “prescriptions” or definitive diagnoses for other members’ horses. Only a qualified veterinarian can diagnose an animal.
• Respect and Kindness: Disagreements are part of learning, but personal attacks, harassment, or “trolling” will result in immediate removal. Maintain a professional and constructive tone.
• No Unauthorized Promotion: Do not post advertisements, affiliate links, or promote your own business or services without our prior written consent.
• Confidentiality and IP: Do not share screenshots, videos, or course materials from paid areas in the public community areas or on external social media.
• Ownership of Content: By posting in our forums or comments, you grant Sanoanimal a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use your questions or feedback for product improvement or marketing (data will be anonymized where appropriate).
• Enforcement: Sanoanimal reserves the right to remove posts or revoke access (without refund) for members who repeatedly violate these rules.
