Accessibility Statement for Sanoanimal
Quadrian Pte. Ltd. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to our online shop and learning platform.
This Accessibility Statement applies to:
- Sanoanimal Online Shop & Platform (including the purchase flow and customer account area) at shop.sanoanimal.de.
This statement is provided to support transparency and compliance with applicable accessibility obligations for digital services offered to consumers, including accessibility requirements for e-commerce services in the EU (implemented nationally, e.g., in Germany via the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG)).
1. Compliance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and to build and maintain the shop and platform in line with commonly used accessibility standards.
At present, the Sanoanimal Online Shop and Platform are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are working toward improved conformance over time and will prioritise barriers that materially affect purchasing, account access, and core learning functions.
2. Consistency with our Terms & Conditions
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions (Section 8.3) and our Training Regulations:
- While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee that all Digital Products (including videos, scripts, and interactive assessments) will be fully compatible with all legacy devices or specialized assistive technologies.
- Some of our educational materials, particularly older video recordings or complex scientific PDF scripts, may have technical limitations regarding screen-reader optimization or automated captioning.
3. Accessibility Features and Approach
We strive to ensure that key functions are usable with assistive technologies and accessible interaction patterns, including:
- Keyboard navigation for core user journeys (shopping, checkout, login, account access).
- Meaningful page structure and headings.
- Clear form labels and error messaging where possible.
- Sufficient colour contrast and resizable text where possible.
We also aim to provide reasonable alternative ways to access information where a specific item cannot yet be made fully accessible within a short timeframe.
4. Non-Accessible Content and Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content and functions may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
(a) PDF documents Some older instructional scripts provided in PDF format may not be fully optimised for screen readers (e.g., missing tags, reading order issues).
(b) Video and audio content We aim to provide subtitles/captions or summaries for key course videos. However, some legacy videos and some recordings of live sessions may not yet include full closed-captioning or complete transcripts.
(c) Interactive learning elements Some interactive assessments or complex visual elements may have limitations in screen-reader support or keyboard-only operation.
(d) Third-party tools and interfaces We use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and payment providers. Their accessibility is governed by the third parties. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party interfaces, although we choose providers that generally prioritise accessibility and we will offer reasonable alternatives where practicable (for example, providing essential information via the learning portal or email).
5. Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology
The Sanoanimal Platform is designed to be compatible with: current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on up-to-date operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Because accessibility depends on many variables (device, OS, browser, assistive tech version), users may experience differences in behaviour across setups.
6. Assessment Method
We assess accessibility using:
- Internal self-evaluation, including automated accessibility testing tools and manual checks of key user journeys (e.g., checkout, login, account access, content playback).
We plan to reassess periodically and when we make significant platform changes.
7. Feedback and Contact Information
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Sanoanimal. If you encounter barriers, please contact us and include:
- The page URL (if possible).
- A brief description of the issue.
- The device/browser/assistive technology you are using.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.
8. Technical Specifications

These technologies are used to support accessibility features and compatibility with assistive technologies.
