Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
This Cancellation Policy applies only to Consumers (natural persons acting for purposes mainly outside their trade, business, or profession), as defined in our General Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, our Training Regulations.
1. Right to Cancel (14 days)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For contracts for digital content and/or digital services, the cancellation period ends 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day you receive our order confirmation).
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email or by letter).

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period has expired.
2. Effects of Cancellation (Refund)
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Important (digital-only): We do not sell physical goods under these English/international terms; therefore, no delivery/shipping costs apply and no return shipment is required.
3. Digital Content: Loss of the Right to Cancel Once Supply Begins
This section applies to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., access to online courses, scripts, video streaming, recordings, and digital downloads).
Your right to cancel expires once supply begins during the 14-day cancellation period if and only if:
- you have expressly requested that we begin supply during the cancellation period, and
- you have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins.
We provide confirmation of your request/acknowledgement on a durable medium (typically the order confirmation email). This waiver is final once supply has begun, regardless of whether the digital content has been fully viewed or downloaded.
Definition of “supply begins” for Sanoanimal digital products: supply begins at the earliest of:
- when we email you an access link, and/or
- when we enable/unlock access to the training portal in your customer account, and/or
- when you otherwise gain access to any course materials or digital content.
4. Digital Services: If You Ask Us to Start During the 14 Days
Some parts of our offerings may qualify as services (for example, live online sessions, live Q&A, or mentoring-style formats).
If you request that we begin providing such services during the 14-day cancellation period and you later cancel within the 14 days, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
If a service has been fully performed within the 14-day cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement, your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed.
5. How to Cancel (Practical Information)
To avoid processing delays, please include:
- your full name,
- the email address used at checkout,
- the course/product name, and
- the order date (or order number if available).
