Right of Withdrawal for Sanoanimal Training & Further Education

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days and starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Quadrian Pte. Ltd., EU mailing address: Plauener Str. 163–165, Building D/4, 13053 Berlin; Telephone: +49 (0)30 235 939 090; Email: office@sanoanimal.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. However, we will not refund any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered.

We will process your refund without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, in relation to the total scope of the services agreed in the contract.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if we begin to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed to this and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
